Cancellation Policy
-Appointment Check-in- New Clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled time to complete client intake form. A completed form is necessary so we can provide you with the individualized service you deserve and expect. Returning clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment for assessment of any changes. It is the clients responsibility to inform their therapist of any allergies, medications, surgeries and procedures before each appointment. When booking an appointments, please inform us if you are pregnant. -Late Arrivals- Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the extraordinary service we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur, however, your service will end at the time of your originally scheduled appointment. Full payment for service will be applied. A late arrival of 15 minutes or more may need to be re-scheduled. -Cancellations- Please be respectful of our time as well as other clients. Your intended appointment time could have been utilized by another client. This is why we strictly enforce a 24 hour appointment change or cancellation notice. Any appointment changes or cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged a fee of 20% the original treatment price. The fee is due at time of re-booking. Gift certificates, prepaid appointments, and vouchers intended to be used for such appointment will also be charged such fee. All of the above will be forfeited in case of no call no show. Clients who abuse our policy will need to prepay all future appointments and payment will be forfeited in case of no-show. -Gift Certificates- Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable and may be used for original priced services only. Our standard 24 hour Cancellation Policy applies. Gift certificates will expire as noted on the certificate.​ -Spa Packages and Parties- Payment in full is required at time of booking for couples massage and all packages. 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for private spa parties. It is customary to provide your therapist 15-20% gratuity if you are pleased with the services provided. Please communicate before reserving your services if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. Exposure to steam vapors may be detrimental to the health of those with diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and heart conditions. If you feel you have a medical condition or are currently under medical supervision, it is recommended that you consult your physician before scheduling a service. If you're currently taking or have been taking Accutane, Retin-A or any other blood thinning medications, you will need to wait at least 14 days or up to 6 months from the day you stopped taking them to receive services. Underaged clients: 13-17yrs may receive facial and waxing (not including bikini area) services with signed parent/guardian consent. Parent/Guardian MUST be present during service. Ages UNDER 13yrs will be reviewed on a case by case basis for facial services. BROW CLIENTS… FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS: Your first follow up appointment needs to be completed 6-12 weeks after your initial visit. This touch-up is crucial for the best results. It is important that you schedule your follow-up as soon as possible to ensure it is scheduled within the 6-12 week window. All follow-ups are scheduled via our website. Please note that all appointments require a non-refundable deposit. **Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly at an additional fee. EXISTING BROW TATTOOS: We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval: Luxebeautchi@gmail.com Please allow up to 48 hours for response. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service. ​ PLEASE NOTE: Many of our services/procedures require multiple-steps, and follow up appointments. Healed results will vary with each individual client, and due to the nature each of our services NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results depending on your elected procedure. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less then desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order yo assure your procedures look their very best, please follow ALL Pre & Post Care Instructions as they are crucial to achieving your desired outcome! Pre Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. ​Brows are NOT meant to stay as dark as they initially appear immediately after procedure. Your brows are gradually and continuously getting lighter as your skin is always naturally regenerating and exfoliating itself. Yearly color boost are recommended to keep your brows looking their best. BODY SCULPTING CLIENTS… DEPOSITS: A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is due at the time of booking to secure all appointments. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and it will be credited towards your procedure. APPOINTMENT BALANCE: Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion during your visit.
